Refund Policy
You can relax and trust in our hassle-free, simple and honest satisfaction guarantee. As per our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, if you do not like the concepts that we provide, simply contact us and ask for revisions. Our design team will work on your logo until you are 100% satisfied. However, if you are not happy with the initial logo concepts, simply ask for an immediate refund. We will refund the complete amount paid for the selected package without any service charges, or deductions. The refund request can only be made before the first round of revisions. Once the customer asks for any type of revision, the refund request cannot be made. The Refund Policy is only applicable on Logo Orders. This policy is not applicable on any other additional design services provided by Custom Design Depot. The Refund Policy is only applicable for one-time orders this means that if the customer is placing an order for a second time, for the same logo design, his order will not be eligible for the refund policy.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
Custom Design Depot offers many packages with unlimited revisions. Any customer, who approves the initial design samples, is automatically entitled to the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Through this guarantee, we will keep providing revisions until the customer is fully satisfied. As part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, we provide free consultations and additional help with printing services of the designs we provide. Our trained customer support staff, along with the printing service providers, selected by our customers, will provide any technical support they require. Moreover, as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, the moment a customer places an order at our site, we will be unconditionally dedicated to that client. Custom Design Depot will continue to guide the customer and answer any questions or concerns before and after placing an order.
Pricing Practices
The prices displayed for our services on our website represent the full price structure listed for the service itself and is estimated in accordance with the standard industry practice. Custom quotes will be provided at the customer's request. Any custom quotes are good for 60 days. After 60 days a new quote is required. Any special pricing is only good for 10 days. After which, special offer will be withdrawn and original pricing will be in effect. Any special offer will be in writing within the 10 day acceptance policy.
Logo Registration
Custom Design Depot is not a trademark, copyright, or patent service, we do not provide any logo registrations. As we have our client's best interest in mind, our intentions to make original Logo Designs is our top priority. No responsibility is taken for a design which may be in use at present. Custom Design Depot is held harmless from improper name, design, or image searches conducted by itself or its customer. Nevertheless, as we are all about customer support, we are ready to modify the Logo free of cost. Any name modification with full design modification will incur the original Logo Design cost. We are here to ensure that each design that is created by Custom Design Depot will not match with other designs in color, style, or likeness. It is our continued obligation to give the customer designs which will give its business a strong image that cannot be easily duplicated. Unless otherwise specified all images, artwork, text, graphics, logo, and logotypes are the sole property of Custom Design Depot. Proper legal actions shall be taken by any unauthorized design reproduction.
Record Maintenance Policy
Custom Design Depot will keep a record of all the designs we provide to our customers. These designs can be produced for the clients whenever they require production. At any time you have a question pertaining to the design that you want to discuss feel free to email us 24/7 at info@customdesigndepot.com. Custom Design Depot will hold your files for 1 year from the time of final approval. This service has not guarantee, therefore it will also be up to the client to maintain safe records of your files once they are delivered. After 1 year, a fee shall be charged to access logo or to redesign logo once it has been delivered. Should any additional design work be implemented, a reasonable fee should be incurred for these additional modifications.
Credit Card Safeguard
The usage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology protects the security of the client's credit card information as it is transmitted to us. SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, which is a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from the client's computer to the company's website's servers. The client should keep an eye on the lower left-hand corner of his browser window after accessing the server. If he sees an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. One can also double-check by looking at the URL line of their browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https." Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. In that case, a person shall not be able to connect to the server and therefore won't be able to place an order through an insecure connection
Indemnification
The content which is displayed on this website is for informational purposes only. No warranty of any kind whatsoever to the customer verbal or in writing, shall be construed from such information. Custom Design Depot is held harmless from any obligation as to company sales, business practices, or Logo Design usage once the final files have been transferred to the client. It is up to the client to maintain it secrecy of their designs and Custom Design Depot is not liable for any misuse of the Logo Design provided to client.
Termination
Custom Design Depot reserves the right, in its sole discretion to terminate Design Services, at any time with or without notice. In event of the termination by Custom Design Depot, we will work together with the client to insure a proper refund. Any termination by breach of contract or upon client request will result in an implementation of a no refund policy. The client shall not be entitled to any refund requests solely initiated by the client, unless both parties mutually agree the refund request.
Undelivered Orders
Custom Design Depot will provide the files in the final formats indicated. Please note that a CD request of final artwork will incur a small fee. If it is returned to us as undeliverable, we will not issue a refund in that case. We can not re-ship the CD of final artwork that is returned to us as undeliverable as a result of an invalid address. If the client still will like to purchase the service that was undeliverable, he/she is welcome to place a new order by paying the additional shipping cost. CD of final artwork is delivered after the final delivery of file formats.
Privacy Statement
The privacy of our clients is our top priority. Even though we collect information from our clients, it is only to make an improvement in our customer services. Custom Design Depot does not in any circumstances rent or sell the information that our client provides to us online.
This policy describes how the personal information of our client collected by us is used, why we collect it, and how we use it. It is within our policy that we describe the choices you can make about how we can collect and use your information.
The information collected by our company includes the client's name, e-mail/address, phone number and credit card number. These are pieces of information that the client provides the company while ordering or while saving the information with our company. We may only use the email addresses or any other addresses which we receive through our mailing system for comments, queries etc.
The information collected is used in many diversified methods. Our company uses the information saved by our clients to process their order. We will also send them e-mails to confirm the order and our customer services may also contact them.
As a client, one might also receive updates regarding our site and services. In addition, we may also use the information about your interests and purchases to help our company improve our site design and the client's purchasing experience.
Personal information will not be released to third parties other than our own domains. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.

| These terms and conditions set forth in this agreement constitute an understanding by Custom Design Depot and its clients. This written agreement supersedes any verbal or implied agreements. Any irreconcilable violations of this agreement will be settled in a court of law as governed by the jurisdiction in the State of Illinois. |
