Remember while you must be careful when talking about your idea, everyone is not trying to steal it.
2. Make a Prototype
A prototype is a rough draft of what your product will look like, or a simple breakdown of the type of services that you will offer. Your initial prototype does not have to be professional as long as the person you are dealing with has a clear idea of what you are talking about. Prototyping a product also gives you a good idea of what it will cost to make the product.
3. Develop a Marketing Plan
This is a very important step in planning your new business. You must know who you are selling to. Without customers you do not have much of a business. Decide on your target market, and have a realistic idea of how you will reach them. This will also allow you to have an idea of what type of growth potential you will earn with your new business idea.
